On-site, the billboard's axis grid dimensions and component geometries are sampled and reviewed using steel measuring tapes and micrometers. Test results indicate that the deviation of the billboard's axis grid dimensions is within the allowable range specified by the standard, meeting the design requirements.
The table shows that, except for the deviation of the steel column wall thickness exceeding the specification requirements, the geometric dimensions of the other components basically meet the design requirements.
Billboard tilt detection
The total station was used to measure the offset values of the billboard steel column top relative to the bottom according to the relevant provisions of the deformation measurement point method. The test results show that the billboard steel column has shifted northward by 18mm with a tilt rate of 0.86‰, and eastward by 26mm. In the inspection of the old city's houses, the tilt rate was 1.24‰. Although the billboard steel column is slightly tilted, it is within the allowable range of 4‰ specified by the standard, meeting the usage requirements.
