I. Product Features
The KS13 series mining transformers are used as power distribution equipment in mines. This product features a compact size, easy installation, reasonable structure, low loss, and excellent thermal performance.
This series of products is made of high-permeability silicon steel sheets, assembled into a core-type core with oblique joint stacked cores. The core poles have multi-level circular cross-sections, ensuring a low-noise, low-loss oil tank structure with strong integrity. High and low voltage cable junction boxes are welded on both sides of the tank walls for cable wiring purposes. High-voltage coils must have a tapping voltage of ±5% of the rated voltage. When changing voltage using the tapping switch, the power supply must be disconnected first, then the weatherproof cover of the tapping switch on the tank wall must be removed for voltage transformation. The low-voltage side of the transformer allows "Y" connection to 693V or "D" connection to 400V for power supply. Six porcelain sleeves are directly installed in the cable junction box for user transformation. The transformer tank bottom is equipped with a trolley, which has mounting holes for adding mine cart roller wheels as needed.
II. Application Scope
Transformers suitable for 1250KVA and below, with a voltage of 10KV and below, designed for oil-immersed mining electrical use. This type of mining transformer is a general oil-immersed transformer, without explosion-proof requirements, primarily used as a power source for mining lighting or power traction during mine distribution. After transportation, transformers in this series do not require a suspended core inspection and can be assembled with relevant disassembled parts for acceptance testing.
