Product Structure Characteristics:
Core: The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets with a 45°C full oblique seam and non-punch structure; the core surface is coated with special resin to prevent rust; elastic materials are used between the clamping device and the core, the coil and the core, and the core and the base to reduce operating noise.
Coils: The low-voltage windings are double-layer cylindrical or foil type, while the high-voltage windings are segmented continuous structure; both are wound with F-grade insulation polyester glass-fiber copper wire, reinforced with glass fiber, and cast into shape with epoxy resin under vacuum conditions. They offer excellent electrical properties and mechanical strength. They can withstand short circuits, shocks, moisture, and have certain over-voltage resistance capabilities.
Base: Customize with foot slot steel or trolley according to customer requirements.
Wiring Terminals: High-voltage wire connections use pre-buried copper nuts for connection; low-voltage wiring employs nickel-plated (or tin-plated) copper bars with wiring holes,焊接 at the coil terminals, and secured with pillar insulators on the brackets for easy wiring.
Protective Housing: No housing with IP00 rating; suitable for box-type power stations, switchgears, etc.: IP20i with metal mesh housing, prevents entry of foreign objects up to 12mm; suitable for indoor installation; IP23i with louvered housing, protects against rain, snow, insects; suitable for outdoor use, but reduce usage capacity by 5% when using this type of housing.
Cooling: The transformer is typically air-naturally cooled (AN), allowing for continuous output of up to 100% of its rated capacity. For customer requirements, a forced-air cooling system (AF) can be configured; with AF, the transformer's output capacity can be increased by up to 30%.
Temperature Control: Equipped with an automatic temperature control protection system; capable of temperature display, circulating detection, fan start/stop, over-temperature alarm, circuit breaker, and computer communication interface, as per customer requirements.
