When operating conditions exceed the above requirements, appropriate adjustments should be made to operating parameters (such as output current) and appropriate protection measures should be taken to ensure the product's service life and safety reliability.
Product Structure Characteristics:
Core: The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets with a 45°C full oblique joint structure without punching holes; the core surface is coated with a special resin to prevent rusting. Elastic materials are used between the clamping parts and the core, the coils, and the core and base to reduce operating noise.
Coils: Low-voltage windings are double-layer cylindrical or foil type, while high-voltage windings are segmented continuous structure; both are wound with F-grade insulation polyester yarn copper wire, reinforced with glass fiber, and cast into shape with epoxy resin under vacuum conditions. They offer excellent electrical properties and mechanical strength. They are capable of withstanding short circuits, impacts, humidity, and have certain over-voltage resistance.
Base: Supplied with steel angle or trolley as per customer's request.
Terminal Connectors: High-voltage wiring terminals are connected using pre-buried copper nuts; low-voltage wiring employs nickel-plated (or tin-plated) copper bars with wiring holes, which are welded to the coil terminals and secured to the bracket with insulating spacers for easy wiring.
Protective Enclosure: No enclosure for IP00, suitable for box-type power stations, distribution cabinets, etc.: IP20i with a metal mesh protective enclosure, can prevent foreign objects up to 12mm from entering, suitable for indoor installation; IP23i with a louvered protective enclosure, can protect against rain, snow, insects, and is suitable for outdoor use, but the usage capacity should be reduced by 5% when using this type of enclosure.
Cooling: The transformer is typically cooled by air natural (AN), at which point, it can continuously output 100% of its rated capacity. A forced-air cooling system (AF) can be configured to meet customer needs; with this, the transformer's output capacity can be increased by up to 30%.
Temperature Control: Equipped with an automatic temperature control protection system; features such as temperature display, circuit testing, fan start/stop, over-temperature alarm, trip, and computer communication interface can be achieved according to customer requirements.
