When conditions exceed the aforementioned requirements, appropriate adjustments should be made to operating parameters (such as output current) and proper protective measures should be taken to ensure the product's lifespan and safety reliability.
Product Structure Features:
Core: The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets with a 45°C full diagonal seam without punched holes; the core surface is coated with a special resin to prevent rust; elastic materials are used between the clamping device and the core, the coil and the core, and the core and the base to reduce operating noise.
Coils: The low-voltage windings are double-layer cylindrical or foil type, while the high-voltage windings have a segmented continuous structure; both are wound with F-grade insulated polyester glass fiber copper wire, reinforced with glass fibers, and the epoxy resin composition is cast and molded under vacuum. They offer excellent electrical properties and mechanical strength. They can withstand short circuits, shocks, humidity, and have certain over-voltage resistance.
Base: Equipped with bottom foot channel steel or trolley as per customer's requirement.
Terminal Connectors: High-voltage wiring terminals are connected with pre-buried copper nuts; low-voltage wiring utilizes nickel-plated (or tin-plated) copper bars with wiring holes, which are welded to the coil terminals and fixed on the bracket with pillar insulators for easy wiring.
Protective Enclosure: IP00 does not include a protective enclosure, suitable for box-type power stations, distribution cabinets, etc.: IP20i comes with a metal mesh protective enclosure, which can prevent foreign objects up to 12mm in size from entering, suitable for indoor installation; IP23i features a louvered protective enclosure, which can protect against rain, snow, insects, and is suitable for outdoor use, but the usage capacity should be reduced by 5% when using this type of enclosure.
Cooling: The transformer is typically air-natural cooled (AN), allowing for continuous output of 100% rated capacity. Upon customer request, a forced-air cooling system (AF) can be configured, which can increase the transformer's output capacity by up to 30%.
Temperature Control: Equipped with an automatic temperature control protection system; functions such as temperature display, circuit testing, fan start/stop, over-temperature alarm, circuit breaker, and computer communication interface can be achieved according to customer requirements.
