When conditions exceed the above requirements, appropriate adjustments should be made to operating parameters (such as output current) and appropriate protective measures should be taken to ensure the product's service life and safety reliability.
Product structural characteristics:
Core: The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets with a 45°C full diagonal seam without punching; the core surface is coated with a special resin to prevent rust. Elastic materials are used between the clamping parts and the core, the coil and the core, and the core and the base to reduce operating noise.
Coils: The low-voltage windings are in a double-layer cylindrical or foil configuration, while the high-voltage windings are in a segmented continuous structure; both are wound with F-grade insulation polyester yarn copper wire, reinforced with glass fiber, and the epoxy resin mixture is cast into shape under vacuum. They offer excellent electrical properties and mechanical strength. They can withstand short circuits, shocks, moisture, and have certain over-voltage resistance capabilities.
Base: Supplied with bottom foot channel steel or trolley according to customer requirements.
Terminal Connectors: High-voltage wire connections use pre-buried copper nuts for connection; low-voltage wiring employs nickel-plated (or tin-plated) copper bars with terminal holes, which are welded to the coil terminals and secured to the brackets with insulating pillars for easy wiring.
Protective Enclosure: No enclosure included for IP00, suitable for box-type power stations, switchgears, etc.: IP20i with metal mesh enclosure, can prevent objects up to 12mm in size from entering, suitable for indoor installation; IP23i with louvered enclosure, can protect against rain, snow, insects, and is suitable for outdoor use, but this type of enclosure should reduce usage capacity by 5% when in use.
Cooling: The transformer is typically cooled by air natural (AN), allowing for continuous output of 100% rated capacity. Upon customer requirement, a forced-air cooling system (AF) can be configured; with AF, the transformer's output capacity can be increased by up to 30%.
Temperature Control: Equipped with an automatic temperature control protection system; capable of temperature display, circulation detection, fan start/stop, over-temperature alarm, tripping, and computer communication interface functions, as per customer requirements.
