When operating conditions exceed the aforementioned requirements, appropriate adjustments to operating parameters (such as output current) should be made, and appropriate protective measures should be taken to ensure the product's service life and safety reliability.
Product Structure Features:
Core: The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, featuring a 45°C full oblique joint without punch holes structure; the core surface is coated with a special resin to prevent rust; elastic materials are used between the clamping pieces and the core, the coil and the core, and the core and the base to reduce operating noise.
Coils: The low-voltage windings are in a double-layer cylindrical or foil configuration, while the high-voltage windings have a segmented continuous structure; both are wound with F-grade insulation polyester glass-fiber copper wire, reinforced with glass fibers, and the epoxy resin mixture is cast into shape under vacuum. They offer excellent electrical properties and mechanical strength. They can withstand short circuits, shocks, and moisture, and have certain over-voltage resistance capabilities.
Base: Equipped with either a slot steel or a trolley according to customer requirements.
Terminal Blocks: High-voltage connection terminals are connected using pre-buried copper nuts; low-voltage wiring uses nickel-plated (or tin-plated) copper bars with wiring holes, which are welded to the coil terminals and secured to the bracket with insulating pillars for easy wiring.
Protective Housing: No housing included for IP00, suitable for box-type power stations, switchgears, etc.: IP20i with metal mesh housing, prevents entry of foreign objects up to 12mm, suitable for indoor installation; IP23i with louvered housing, protects against rain, snow, insects, and can be used outdoors, but the housing should reduce the usage capacity by 5% when in use.
Cooling: The transformer is typically cooled by air natural (AN), allowing for a continuous output of 100% rated capacity. Upon customer request, a forced-air cooling system (AF) can be configured; with this, the transformer's output capacity can be increased by up to 30%.
Temperature Control: Equipped with an automatic temperature control protection system; capable of temperature display, circuit detection, fan start/stop, over-temperature alarm, trip, and computer communication interface, as per customer requirements.
