35/10kV Transformer Features:

Low loss, significant energy saving. Especially, the no-load loss is drastically reduced, averaging about 25% lower than the standard GB/T6451-1995.
2. All cores are made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with cross-cut lines, burrs less than 0.02, fully斜seamed, without punching holes, and without overlapping iron cores; after stacking the core pillars, double H adhesive is used to make the three core pillars and two yokes into a tightly secured, smooth, and solid unit, effectively reducing the transformer's no-load loss, no-load current, and noise.
3. The transformer coil uses high-purity oxygen-free copper, effectively reducing copper consumption. The pads and bracing bars have rounded corners for even electric field distribution and increased reliability. The inner winding support is reinforced to enhance stability and prevent deformation. For products with a capacity of over 12,500kVA, both the inner and outer coils are assembled using a unified base and clamp, applying pressure simultaneously to ensure consistent height dimensions of the coils along the shaft, and improving the transformer's ability to withstand sudden short circuits. The product passed the sudden short-circuit test on the first attempt.
4. The plate clamps and side beams form a robust frame structure, while the body and oil tank are "six-sided rigidly positioned," allowing the body to withstand shocks under various transportation conditions without displacement. If the shock during product transportation is less than the specified value, the site can directly test and put the product into operation without core lifting inspection, thereby reducing the extensive work of core lifting on-site.
5. The fuel tank is made with wide steel plates, formed into a "corrugated structure" by large press machines, reducing weld seams and enhancing mechanical strength, increasing the surface area for heat dissipation, and improving its effectiveness. The corrugated walls also prevent flat reflection of sound waves, thus reducing noise. The transformer has an overall aesthetic and simple design.
6. Utilizing a capsule-type oil storage cabinet, effectively slows down the aging of transformer oil; a pointer-type oil level gauge prevents false oil level occurrences and completely resolves the issue of transformer oil photo-aging; gas relays with gas collection devices facilitate maintenance and operation; using plate-type radiators and large-diameter low-speed low-noise fans improves heat dissipation and reduces noise.
