The YBM Pre-Installed Substation Transformer (European Style Substation Transformer) is an outdoor, oil-based power distribution and transformation system composed of three parts: high-voltage switchgear, power transformer, and low-voltage switchgear. This product features strong integration, small land occupation, low investment, easy installation and maintenance, attractive appearance, and strong weather resistance.

The YBM pre-assembled box-type substation (European style box substation) is a framework structure, constructed using steel sections welded together. The outer casing is made of aluminum alloy plates and coated with paint, enhancing its mechanical, weather-resistant, and anti-corrosion properties. When the substation is in modular (boxed) configuration, the interior is divided into three relatively independent compartments: the high-voltage chamber, transformer chamber, and low-voltage chamber. Lighting in each compartment automatically turns off when the door is opened.

YBM Pre-assembled Substation Box (European Style Substation Box) features an insulating layer on the top. In high temperature and cold regions, the internal temperature inside the box is prone to accumulation and changes, leading to condensation. Additional insulating layers around the box can be added. To stabilize the internal temperature, the transformer room and low-voltage room are equipped with automatic temperature control devices.

YBM pre-assembled box-type substation (European style) effectively prevents animal intrusion. The transformer maintenance is conveniently done by a removable trolley. The base of the box is equipped with four removable and retractable lifting lugs on both sides, and the eaves are fitted with four supporting lugs with the same function, allowing for overall hoisting and transportation.
