The steel-lined fluorine equipment utilizes vacuum bonding technology, allowing for the selection of appropriate fluorine materials (PFA, PVDF, ECTFE, PTFE) and adhesives based on the operating temperature (-70℃ to 180℃). It completely eliminates issues such as vacuum resistance, high-temperature failure, hollowing, and peeling that are common in traditional processes, earning high praise in industries like fine chemicals and semiconductors.


1. Structure: Various types of tower sections, containers, reactors, storage tanks, etc., non-standard containers can be custom-made according to customer drawings.

2. Lining Material and Thickness:

Lining material: PTFE (F4), thickness 2-3mm; ETFE (F40), thickness 2-3mm.

Lining Features: (1) Our factory boasts mature techniques in three-dimensional rotation roll-coating, hot melting welding, and PTFE spraying, capable of manufacturing any size of internal lining with corrosion-resistant F4 equipment, both vertical and horizontal models are available. We can install branches at any location with a branch length of 100mm.

4. The upper and lower heads are lined separately from the cylinder. The heads and bottom are typically designed with flat, butterfly, or conical structures, and can also use standard heads. The deepness (h) of the butterfly head is one-tenth of the head diameter.
