Fluorine-lined stirrer type
① Propeller Stirrer ② Turbine Stirrer ③ Blade Stirrer ④ Anchor Stirrer ⑤ Helical Ribbon Stirrer ⑥ Magnetic Stirrer ⑦ Magnetic Heating Stirrer ⑧ Forked Blade Stirrer ⑨ Variable Frequency Double Layer Stirrer
Application Range:
Impellers suitable for low to medium viscosity fluids include paddle, open turbine, propeller, long and thin propeller, disc turbine Bruma King, plate frame, three-blade backward curved, MIG, and others. For high and extra-high viscosity fluids, options include belt, screw, anchor, box, and propeller impellers. In cases where fluid viscosity changes during reaction, impellers that accommodate a wide viscosity range, such as the Pan-Energy impeller, are required.
Features of stainless steel lined PTFE impeller processing:
High-density PTFE sheets with strong resistance to penetration.
2. No restrictions on equipment size or shape.
3. Both large and small sizes are available for lining, with no restrictions.
4. Large equipment that cannot be transported can be installed on-site.
5. Local damage can be repaired on-site; post-repair, it will meet the new technical specifications.
6. Low processing costs with great results.
