The FOKIT-50HL is a small dry ice production machine developed and manufactured by Kejie Company, a compact and portable automatic dry ice granulation production unit.
The equipment is a PCL fully automatic dry ice pellet manufacturing machine, with one-button start to produce the required amount of dry ice for mass production.
Available in mold bases of 3, 6, 9, 16, and 19mm, simply switch out the mold base to produce the desired dry ice specifications as needed.
The body size is designed according to the golden ratio of 1:0.618, occupying only 0.74㎡ of space (the size of an office desk).
The operating interface features a 135° inclined design, allowing operators of heights ranging from 160cm to 200cm to easily operate the equipment, in compliance with ergonomic design principles.
Supply all necessary accessories for production, such as power cables, inlet pipes, ball valves, mold bases, etc., no additional components need to be purchased separately for production.

With the acceleration of urbanization, the rapid development of online shopping and fresh produce e-commerce, and the improvement of people's living standards, there is an increasing demand for food preservation, driving a rapid growth in cold chain demand. According to data, in 2020, the total market size of China's food cold chain logistics reached 383.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.0%, and is expected to grow to 456.7 billion yuan by 2022. Compared to water and ice transportation, dry ice offers the advantages of oxygen isolation and preservation, so as China's cold chain logistics market continues to expand and people's requirements for food quality rise, the demand for dry ice will also increase accordingly.
Dry ice is solid carbon dioxide, obtained by liquefying carbon dioxide into a colorless liquid at a pressure of 6250.5498 kPa, and then rapidly solidifying it at low temperatures. Currently, dry ice is primarily used in mold cleaning, food preservation, petrochemicals, electricity, printing, and other fields.
