The Kojie Dry Ice FOKIT-PE500xl medium-large scale dry ice granulator has a production capacity of no more than 500kg per hour. We recommend a daily or single batch production demand of no more than 3,000kg.

The Kojec Dry Ice Granulator PE500xl is powered by a robust hydraulic unit featuring a 10-inch color touch screen for immediate production startup. All functions are controlled by a PLC. The dry ice molding and granulating process is fully automated, ensuring continuous dry ice production.

To ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the granulator, the system pressure and LCO2 inlet pressure are both monitored and displayed on the control panel.

Features and Applications

The FOKIT.TECH dry ice granulator PE500xl requires liquid carbon dioxide as raw material (pressure range 15~20Bar) and a power supply of 380V/50Hz/3Ph+PE (other voltages can be provided upon request). The machine features an immediate start button and all functions are controlled by an internal PLC. Dry ice snow is converted into granules through sublimation within the extrusion chamber, then formed by a powerful hydraulic system (pressure ≤250Bar). Once the automatic production button is started, high-quality dry ice granules can be produced within less than a minute.

The FOKIT.TECH dry ice granulator PE500xl comes standard with a die holder, suitable for producing granules with a diameter of 16mm (5/8 inch). These granules are commonly used in food preservation, biological refrigeration, and the creation of low-altitude smoke. Extrusion plates with diameters of 6mm (1/4 inch), 9mm (3/8 inch), and 13mm (1/2 inch) are also available. Additionally, custom extrusion plates of different shapes and sizes can be made to order, such as ◇ or △ shapes.
