Equipment Introduction
The FOKIT?-30HL portable dry ice production machine, developed and manufactured by Kejie Company, is a compact and convenient automatic dry ice granulation production unit.
The equipment is a PCL fully automatic dry ice pellet making machine, with a simple one-button start for mass production.
We offer mold bases in sizes of 3, 6, 9, 16, and 19mm. Simply changing the mold base allows for the production of the required dry ice specifications to meet your needs.
The body size is designed according to the golden ratio of 1:0.618, occupying only 0.74㎡ of space (the size of an office desk).
The operating interface features a 135° inclined design, allowing operators ranging from 160cm to 200cm in height to easily operate the equipment, in compliance with ergonomic design principles.
We supply all necessary accessories for production, such as power cords, inlet pipes, ball valves, mold bases, etc., no additional parts need to be purchased separately for production.

With the acceleration of urbanization, the booming of online shopping and fresh food e-commerce, and the improvement of people's living standards, consumers' demand for food preservation is continuously increasing, driving the rapid growth of cold chain demand. According to data, in 2020, the total scale of China's food cold chain logistics market reached 383.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.0%, and is expected to reach 456.7 billion yuan by 2022. Compared to water and ice transportation, dry ice transportation has the advantages of oxygen isolation and preservation, so with the continuous expansion of China's cold chain logistics market and the increasing demand for food by the people, the demand for dry ice will also grow accordingly.
Dry ice is a solid that, under a pressure of 6250.5498 kPa, is liquefied into a colorless liquid and then rapidly solidifies under low temperatures to form. Currently, dry ice is mainly used in mold cleaning, food preservation, petrochemicals, electricity, printing, and other fields.

In cleaning applications, dry ice is mixed with gas using professional equipment, then injected through pipes and specialized nozzles onto the surface of objects to achieve cleaning and decontamination. In recent years, the dry ice industry in our country has shown a stable growth trend. According to data, China's dry ice production reached 511,000 tons in 2020, a year-on-year increase of 6.3%, with an expected production of 550,000 tons in 2021.
Dry ice is currently widely used in cold sources (cold chain logistics, food preservation), industrial and electronic cleaning, and other fields. According to data, the demand for dry ice in China reached 504,000 tons in 2020, a year-on-year increase of 6.2%, with an expected volume of 520,000 tons in 2021.

Dry ice cleaning offers significant advantages over traditional chemical cleaning, high-pressure water jet cleaning, and abrasive sandblasting.
At present, dry ice cleaning is utilized in industrial fields such as cleaning molds, automobiles, solidly bonded slag, and precise semiconductor components. As China's industrialization accelerates, the scale of the industrial cleaning sector in our country is continually expanding. According to data, the market size of industrial cleaning equipment in China in 2019 reached 37.169 billion yuan, an increase of 8.13% year-on-year, with the market size of industrial cleaning agents reaching 3.938 billion yuan, a growth of 3.58%. It is projected that the overall scale of the industry will exceed 100 billion yuan by 2022. In the future, with the rapid development of downstream sectors like mold manufacturing, automotive, petrochemical, and electronic industries, the market for dry ice cleaning will continue to grow, and the demand for dry ice will keep increasing.
