The Kojie FOKIT-PE300L medium-large scale dry ice granulator has a production capacity of no more than 300kg per hour. It is recommended to produce no more than 1000kg of dry ice per day or per batch.

The Kojie Dry Ice Granulator PE300L is powered by a robust hydraulic unit featuring a 10-inch color touch screen for immediate production start-up. All functions are controlled by a PLC. The dry ice molding and extrusion are fully automated, ensuring a continuous production of dry ice.

To ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the granulator, system pressure and LCO2 inlet pressure are monitored and displayed on the control panel.

Features and Applications

The FOKIT.TECH PE300l dry ice granulator requires liquid carbon dioxide as raw material (pressure range: 15~20Bar) and power supply of 380V/50Hz/3Ph+PE (other voltages available upon request). The machine features an immediate start button, with all functions controlled by an internal PLC. Dry ice is produced through sublimation conversion in the extrusion chamber, then molded into shape by a powerful hydraulic system (pressure value ≤250Bar). After pressing the automatic production button, high-quality dry ice granules can be produced in less than a minute.

The FOKIT.TECH Dry Ice Granulator PE300L comes standard with a extrusion die base, designed for producing 16mm (5/8 inch) diameter granules. These granules are commonly used in food preservation, biological refrigeration, and the creation of low-altitude smoke. Extrusion plates with diameters of 6mm (1/4 inch), 9mm (3/8 inch), and 13mm (1/2 inch) are available. Additionally, customized extrusion plates in different shapes and sizes can be made upon request, such as ◇ shape, △ shape, etc.
