Product Description:
Top Surface: The full steel lab countertop is made of Weishengya solid-core chemical board (options include epoxy resin board, phenolic resin board, granite, stainless steel countertop, ceramic, etc.), and the front edge of the operating surface is smoothly rounded. Available colors include black and gray-white for customer selection.
Full Steel Cabinet: All steel cabinets are made of 1.2mm thick cold rolled steel sheets, processed with acid pickling and phosphatizing, and coated with electrostatic powder spray of epoxy resin. The overall structure is stable and reasonable, with good resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. The cabinet interior features an adjustable partition. The experimental cabinet bottom is designed as a single piece, and the back panel of the cabinet is removable for easy maintenance of internal water pipes and electrical wiring.
Reagent Racks, Shelves: Made from 1.2mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets, the shelves are 10mm thick frosted glass, featuring a double-layer structure with adjustable height holes of various sizes, allowing for flexible height adjustment according to actual needs.
Hinges: Equipped with DTC brand 110-degree stainless steel door hinges, electroplated surface finish, bolts are secured with rubber pads, excellent elasticity, attractive appearance, noiseless during use, and durable.

Water Faucet: Utilizes laboratory-grade water faucets (available in three-way, double-way, and single-way options), mainly made of thick copper alloy with a high-gloss epoxy resin coating for corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and UV radiation protection. Features a 90° rotatable ceramic valve core; detachable copper spout for easy connection with various special water pipe fittings, and can also be equipped with a splash-proof filter. High-density PP/ABS switch knob with ergonomic design for comfortable grip, complete with a 360° rotatable goose neck tube.
Drip Rack: Made of PP material, resistant to chemical corrosion and bacteria, easy to clean, moisture-resistant, with an automatic water return device for cleaning, featuring a flow guide hole, connected to the sink for easy drainage of residual water, promoting natural drying of utensils; overall, it is both aesthetically pleasing and practical.
