Product Description:
Ventilation Performance
1. Face Velocity: While the opening width of the sliding door varies, and the exhaust air volume changes correspondingly, the average face velocity remains constant at 0.5 m/s. (The change in average face velocity only occurs during the movement of the sliding door; once it reaches a certain position, the average face velocity immediately returns to 0.5 m/s, and the corresponding VAV exhaust air volume is provided in coordination with the ventilation control system interface).
2. Uniformity of Face Air Velocity: Under the condition that the average face air velocity is maintained at 0.5 m/s when the sliding door is opened to a certain width, measure the face air velocity at the center points of the upper, lower, left, and right sections of the opening cross-section, each at intervals of 0.3 m (or less). Please provide the Chinese content to be translated. The deviation from the large value, small value, and arithmetic mean (average wind speed) is less than 15%.
3. Fume Hood Airflow Resistance: Under the condition that the fume hood's moving door is fully open and the exhaust air volume and average face velocity meet the requirements of the JB/T6412-1999 technical standard for "Fume Hoods," while maintaining an average face velocity of 0.5 m/s, the fume hood's airflow resistance (pressure drop) should be less than 70 Pa.
4. Illuminance: More than 1200 LUX for the fume hood.
II. Structure, Materials, and Requirements
1. Cabinet Material: The cabinet structure features a double-layer design, with ample space between the inner lining and the 304 stainless steel shell for water, electricity, and gas connections, installation, maintenance, as well as the installation and maintenance of the ventilation cabinet casters and counterweight system. The shell is made of 1.2mm thick 304 stainless steel, press-formed, offering features such as moisture resistance, high-temperature resistance, and abrasion resistance.
2. Deflector Plate: Made of gray high-pressure board with a 304 stainless steel outer layer, 6mm thick, with a three-section structure to prevent turbulence inside the cabinet. It ensures excellent control over toxic and harmful substances while effectively discharging gases of different specific gravities. Ventilation cabinets are equipped with deflector plates and exhaust chambers, with the installation position and angle of the deflector plates allowing for even air distribution and no dead spots. Under standard conditions, the air volume ratio between the deflector plate and the outlets at the top and bottom is approximately 50+10% to ensure effective discharge of gases of different specific gravities. It also features an adjustable air volume ratio design, which can increase the air volume ratio at the top and bottom outlets to over 80% to meet different experimental requirements.
3. Gas Collection Hood: Equipped with a conical tapered gas collection hood, the bottom entry of the 304 stainless steel hood is a rectangular opening, featuring excellent gas collection and noise reduction capabilities.
4. Adjustment Door: Equipped with 6mm thick safety glass and a balancing assembly. The bottom of the viewing door is fitted with a sliding door handle, facilitating smooth airflow and reducing the likelihood of turbulence. The viewing door is equipped with a good counterweight system for easy sliding up and down to any position. The balancing section features an endless structural design. The glass operation door is designed with top and bottom opening options, offering flexible operation procedures, allowing safe completion of special experiments.
5. Lining Panel: Constructed with gray Galvalume sheet on the outside and 304 stainless steel on the inside, 6mm thick. The lining panels on both sides are removable and interchangeable for maintenance, simplifying the installation, repair, and maintenance of water, electricity, and gas pipelines without dismantling the main structure of the ventilation cabinet. All lining panels and baffle plates are cut and pre-drilled using CNC technology, ensuring smooth, neat edges without burrs. The precision of the shape, size, and hole positions of the lining panels and baffle plates for all cabinets of the same model allows for any interchangeable use.
6. Wheel Sets: The sliding door is lightweight and stable for easy operation, ensuring safety for long-term use; the wheel sets feature a combination design with multiple wheels made of nylon and metal frame.
7. Base: Equipped with high-strength ABS adjustable feet, featuring stainless steel screws, nylon cover, and rubber base combination structure for corrosion and shock resistance, as well as balance adjustment; adjustable height 0-30mm.
