Product Description:
The primary function of the full steel freestanding fume hood is exhaust. In a chemical laboratory, various harmful gases, odors, moisture, as well as flammable, explosive, and corrosive substances are produced during experiments. To ensure user safety and prevent the spread of contaminants in the lab, a fume hood must be used near the source of pollution.
The purpose of using a fume hood is to exhaust harmful gases generated during experiments, thus protecting the health of the experimenters. This means that the fume hood must offer high safety and superior operability, requiring the following functions:
1. Release Function: The system should be equipped with a mechanism to dilute harmful gases generated inside the fume hood by absorbing external air from the absorption cabinet before releasing them outdoors.
2. Non-backflow feature: The fume hood should be equipped with a function that ensures the airflow generated by the exhaust fan inside the fume hood does not reverse and flow back into the room. To ensure the implementation of this feature, it is advisable to connect one fume hood to one exhaust fan with a single pipeline. For those that cannot be connected with a single pipeline, they are also limited to parallel connection within the same room on the same floor. The exhaust fan should be installed as close to the end of the pipeline (or on the roof) as possible.
3. Isolation Feature: The fume hood should be equipped with a non-sliding glass viewport to separate the interior and exterior of the fume hood.
4. Additional Feature: The unit should have a channel or alternative device to draw in air from outside the fume hood when releasing harmful gases.

Safety is the mission pursued by fume hoods; the use of fume hoods in laboratories is to ensure the safety of users and prevent pollution to the surrounding environment.

2. Explosion-proof: The front of the cabinet is a solid 6mm tempered glass, the sides are double-layered with a 6mm honeycomb board lining. The double-layer structure serves to relieve pressure inside the cabinet. The lighting and button are equipped with a dual-tube 30W fluorescent lamp *1, which does not come into contact with the air flow inside the fume hood, is easy to replace, and the soft connection at the top has a pressure relief function.
3. Corrosion Resistance: External: The steel cabinet body is treated with acid pickling and phosphatizing for corrosion resistance, with a surface finish of EPOXY powder electrostatic spraying, which is resistant to acids, alkalis, and rust. Internal: Acid and alkali-resistant BONDERITE lining panels offer superior corrosion resistance.
4. High Efficiency: Utilizes gray PEB board, 5mm thick, with a three-section structure for effective exhaust of gases of different densities; the deflector plates can be easily removed for cleaning.
5. Easy Maintenance: Features a unique side-balanced structure with removable sliding roof and side panels, facilitating maintenance and upgrades of the balancing parts, water, electricity, gas, and air pathways.
