Product Description:
Metal Parts: Primarily made of ≥1.2mm galvanized steel, electrostatically coated with epoxy resin, covered in durable, lead-free anti-corrosive coating, maintaining high luster and minimizing the effects of corrosion and moisture.
2. Front and side panels: Main material is ≥6mm acrylic board, with excellent weather resistance, superior chemical resistance, low aging, colorless and transparent, with good light transmission, comfortable vision, and aesthetic and generous appearance.
3. 7-inch LCD touch screen display, with a high-definition resolution of 1024*600 and a 75° upward viewing angle.
4. Real-time temperature and humidity environmental monitoring system, displaying temperature and humidity, VOC concentration, setting alarm parameters, ensuring product safety usage.
5. Fan Monitoring: Alarm for fan system failure, adjustable fan speed online to ensure adequate air volume for different chemical operations, ultra-quiet, spark-proof, and static-free. The fan speed control function can be adjusted according to the storage condition of the reagents inside the cabinet, effectively extending the service life of the fan and filter.
6. Filter Saturation Alarm System: Dual VOC concentration probes, set filter saturation alarm value, alarms when out of range, corresponding to VOC concentration levels. Filter replacement is required when both the alarm and VOC concentration level are at high positions.
7. PSC fan, 24V voltage, stable performance, ultra-quiet, sparkless and static-free.
8. Filtration System, arranged and distributed according to particle size, adheres to ASTM standards, effectively targets inorganic and organic gases, with strong adsorption capacity. Filtration Units: The modules are made up of various different models of molecular filters based on the nature of stored hazardous chemicals. The filters are made of PP material, molded in one piece, and managed in modular systems. The raw materials include coconut shell activated carbon and special mixed components, capable of effectively adsorbing complex toxic and harmful gases, ensuring safety and convenience; no external piping required, no construction needed, easy to use. Provides 24-hour effective air filtration for the cabinet environment, reducing the harm of toxic and harmful gases to humans, without sacrificing air conditioning fresh air intake.
9. The LED lighting lamps have a power equivalent to a 25W fluorescent lamp, produce no heat, are safe, and do not affect the experimental environment's temperature. They are energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and have a long lifespan.
10. Countertop: Made of epoxy resin, featuring chemical stability, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, high-temperature resistance, solid core, non-delamination, non-swelling, and non-cracking.
11. The clean gas fume hoods must meet the JG/T385-2012 standard with isopropanol adsorption capacity ≥625, cyclopropane adsorption capacity ≥890, and hydrochloric acid adsorption capacity ≥2184. Provide a test report on the filter adsorption efficiency from a third-party testing institution.
12. The product meets the SF6 tracing gas concentration control test results. The exhaust cabinet's controlled concentration should be less than 0.5 PPM, and the average face velocity of the ventilation cabinet should be set at 0.4-0.6 m/s. A relevant test report from a third-party testing agency is also provided.
