One, Ventilation cabinet main cabinet
1. Shelves:
Adopted1.0mm thick galvanized steel sheet, cut to size by a laser CNC processing center, featuring left and right side panels, front fascia, and lower cross member. These components are bent and formed into one piece at a flexible bending center. The left and right side panels have an elegant European narrow edge design, offering a handsome appearance and a net internal space of 1385mm in width and 710mm in depth, significantly enhancing the ventilation cabinet's usable space. The coating is a high-temperature baked epoxy powder, ensuring high adhesion and strong surface hardness with excellent corrosion resistance. The inner lining and air guidance panels are made of 5mm antibacterial board, with a segmented ventilation design inside to eliminate exhaust dead corners and effectively discharge gases of different densities. The control panel is mounted on the side panel of the outer column for easy observation and operation.
2. Bottom cabinet:
Adopt1.0mm thick galvanized steel sheet, laser cut and bent, with epoxy powder coating on the surface; hinges made of 304 stainless steel, with an opening angle of 145°; the cabinet hinges and latches can be interchanged simply by replacing the door panel, convenient for customers to change the appearance and accessories later; adjustable feet: φ10mm diameter injection-molded adjustable feet, shockproof, moisture-proof, and corrosion-resistant, allowing for appropriate adjustment of the cabinet height according to the indoor floor level.
Adjustment range: 0-30mm.
3. Fixed Window: Selects tempered glass with a thickness of ≥5mm.
4. Mobile Window: Features ≥5mm thick tempered glass, smooth sliding, with a non-segmented balancing mechanism, allowing it to stop at any position on the track.
Ventilation Counter Top
Top Surface: Available in imported ceramic, imported epoxy resin, MDF, and domestic solid-wood particleboard, all with acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance.
Section 3: Ventilation Cabinet Accessories
Socket: Equipped with a 3-hole multi-functional socket of 10A, 220V. Optional safety sockets with dustproof, splashproof covers and automatic closure function, as well as multi-functional sockets of 10A/16A, 220V, suitable for various instruments and equipment in laboratories.
2. Lighting: Equipped with circular energy-saving aperture lamps, discreetly mounted on the ceiling, ensuring the light sockets do not come into direct contact with the experimental gases inside the fume hood. Easy to replace and brightness fully meets experimental requirements.
3. Control Panel: Outlet, fluorescent lighting, fan, and damper on/off control, long, slim design (elegant and stylish).
4. Cup槽: Made of PP material, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, and organic material resistant.
5. Faucet Head: Single water faucet head made of solid copper, finished with epoxy powder coating for resistance to acids and alkalis, and corrosion. The spout is a combination of copper and PP materials, detachable, and compatible with bubble generators upon request. Ergonomic design ensures a comfortable and convenient handling experience.
6. Sewer System: Utilizes high-density PP material hoses, resistant to corrosion, alkalis, and organic substances, with filtration and odor-blocking functions.
