One. Laboratory Benchtop
1. Full steel lab benchtops: Available in options such as chemical board, epoxy resin board, ceramic board, stainless steel board, and artificial stone. The thickness of the benchtop can be selected according to the lab's requirements, with specifications ranging approximately from 12.7-25mm. To ensure the overall aesthetic of the lab, the benchtops are offered in various color series to meet the appearance needs of different labs, thus achieving a perfect blend of function and appearance.
Section 2: Full Steel Lab Bench Base Cabinet
a) Cabinet: Constructed with 1.0 mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, precision-molded and processed. The metal surface is treated with chemical rust prevention methods such as acid washing and phosphatizing, followed by high-pressure electrostatic powder coating with epoxy resin (90um) and then cured at high temperature on the surface, ensuring non-peeling and corrosion resistance. The experimental table cabinet features a removable partition inside, with an adjustable back panel at sections with water pipes and electrical connections for easy maintenance; water pipes and electrical conduits are installed between the back panels of the central experimental table cabinet.
b) Door panels, drawer panels: (Color options available)
Utilizing 1.0mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets, the product undergoes die-forming processing. The metal surface is treated with chemical corrosion prevention methods such as acid pickling and phosphatizing, followed by a high-pressure electrostatic coating of epoxy powder (90um) and then high-temperature curing to the extrusion surface, ensuring non-peeling and corrosion resistance. The cabinet door is double-layered, filled with honeycomb board in the middle to reduce noise and enhance impact resistance, preventing deformation, and the drawer length must not be less than 450mm.
c) Slider: Equipped with three-section ball bearing slider, smooth opening and closing, and strong load-bearing capacity.
d) Hinge: Metal hinge with an opening angle of not less than 115°, auto-closes; lifespan up to 100,000 cycles.
(e) Adjustable Feet: Equipped with ABS injection-molded adjustable feet, offering load-bearing, moisture-proof, anti-slip, antibacterial, and corrosion-resistant properties. The cabinet height can be appropriately adjusted according to the indoor floor level; aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly design.
f) Handles: Available in C-shaped, straight, flush-mounted, and more. Configured with handles that match the cabinet style and customer requirements.
5) Sink: Integrated PP sink, resistant to corrosion, acids and alkalis, heat, and organic solvents.
