High-pressure decorative board, in addition to its moisture resistance, scratch and impact resistance, boasts many other features:
◆4-hour chemical corrosion resistance - Can withstand corrosion from various strong acids and alkalis; cleaning these corrosive chemicals within 24 hours will leave no trace on the board's surface.
◆High Temperature Resistance – The high-pressure layer of the board can be exposed to temperatures over 140℃ for extended periods. In extreme conditions, it can withstand up to 180℃ for 20 minutes without damage, and the mechanical strength of the board remains unaffected.
High strength - suitable for placing heavy-duty equipment.
◆ Easy-to-clean – With fewer seams on the lab benchtop, the risk of contamination is minimized, simplifying the cleaning process.
◆Sanitation – The surface of the high-pressure decorative board is smooth and dense without pores, which prevents the growth of microorganisms and fungi, and microorganisms cannot penetrate the core material.
Two, Full Steel Experimental Operation Cabinet
1. Cabinet Material: The cabinet structure is made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, formed by stamping. All cabinet surfaces are treated with EPOXY RESIN powder electrostatic spraying, offering resistance to acids and alkalis, chemicals, moisture, high temperatures, and abrasion. The internal partitions are supported by four steel layer plates, allowing for adjustable height; the 13mm partition can move up and down, with a load capacity of 30kg. The cabinets are independently designed for disassembly, and can be used individually or in combination.
2. Coating Thickness: All laboratory table steel surfaces are electrostatically powder coated with epoxy resin, applied evenly with a thickness of not less than 50μM (±5%), and possess strong corrosion resistance.
3. Activity Back Panel: The central middle section (behind the cabinet) is the equipment interlayer, with a removable partition at the rear of the cabinet. This partition is used to conceal water, electrical, and gas pipelines from the ground or ceiling to the lab work surface. Access to the maintenance channel can be made without any tools.
4. Cabinet drawers: With PVC concealed handles, each drawer features silent limit function, supporting over 35kg. Made of 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, all cabinet surfaces are treated with EPOXY RESIN powder electrostatic spraying, offering resistance to acids and alkalis, chemicals, moisture, high temperature, and abrasion. Equipped with three-section track on both sides for easy extension and retraction, making storage and retrieval of items convenient.
5. Full steel experimental operation cabinet door panels: Made of 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, all cabinet surfaces are treated with EPOXY RESIN powder electrostatic spraying, offering resistance to acids and alkalis, chemicals, moisture, high temperature, and abrasion; cabinet doors feature double-layer sound-insulating design.
6. Foot: Equipped with high-strength ABS adjustable feet, featuring a combination structure with stainless steel screws, nylon caps, and rubber bases for corrosion and vibration resistance, as well as balance adjustment; adjustable height from 0 to 30mm.
7. Sink: One-piece PP sink, corrosion-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, heat-resistant, and organic solvent-resistant.
