(1) Steel and wood lab table top description: Available in materials such as chemical board, epoxy resin board, ceramic board, stainless steel board, and artificial stone. The thickness of the table top can be selected according to the lab's requirements, with specifications ranging approximately from 12.7 to 25K mm. To enhance the overall aesthetic of the lab, the table top is available in a variety of color series to meet different lab appearance needs, achieving a perfect blend of functionality and appearance.
(2) Description of cabinet and accessories:
A. Steel Frame: Constructed with 40×60×1.5mm cold-rolled square steel, featuring surface phosphatization and EPOXY powder coating, ensuring non-peeling and corrosion resistance.
B. Cabinet: Constructed with 18mm thick melamine board formed in one piece, sealed with PVC edging strips, and heat-sealed for waterproofing after high-temperature hot pressing with heat-resistant glue, with rounded corners for edge finishing.
C. Door panels and drawer fronts: Same material as the cabinet body, available in various colors. Equipped with thick PVC edging strips, sealed with waterproof treatment after high-temperature hot pressing with hot melt adhesive. Edges are rounded for a smooth finish.
(3) Hardware Accessories Description:
A. Slider: Equipped with three-section ball bearing slider, smooth opening and closing, and strong load-bearing capacity.
B. Hinges: The cabinet door hinges are made of metal, with an opening angle of not less than 115 degrees, automatically closing, and a lifespan of up to 100,000 times.
C. Steel Adjustable Feet: 30mm high-strength steel nylon adjustable feet, freely adjustable in height.
