Product Description:
One, Laboratory Benchtop
Material: The countertop is made of 13mm thick Dutch Trespa high-pressure decorative board, with the edges thickened to 26mm. It is corrosion-resistant, waterproof, heat-resistant, wear-resistant, impact-resistant, non-deforming, non-toxic, easy to clean, and has good bearing capacity.
2. Processing Technology: The outer side of the countertop is rounded with small arcs, and a water stop channel is machined at the bottom edge of the countertop to prevent water from dripping into the cabinet. 3. Installation: High-quality adhesive is used for the countertop seams, with gaps not exceeding 2mm, and the surface is kept flat. All adjacent countertops are on the same level.
Section II: Laboratory Bench Cabinet
1. Cabinet Material: The cabinet is made of 18mm thick E1 grade particleboard, with melamine board applied externally.
2. C-channel frame: 60×40mm steel pipe, wall thickness 1.2mm. The steel pipe is coated with epoxy for corrosion and alkali resistance and high-temperature resistance. The connecting rods are made of 60mm×40mm×1.2mm steel pipe, also coated with epoxy. The connecting wings are made of 2mm steel plate, galvanized. The height-adjustable feet are adjusted with M10mm screws (electroplated). Height adjustment exceeds 10mm. The overall structure is supported from below, and the work surface can bear 250kg without deformation.
3. Coating Thickness: All laboratory tables are coated with electrostatic powder spray of epoxy resin, applied evenly with a thickness of not less than 50μM (±5%), offering strong corrosion resistance.
4. Activity Back Panel: Designed for convenient pipeline installation and maintenance, the cabinet back panel features a service opening. The top cover is an adjustable, removable back panel.
5. Cabinet Drawers: With PVC concealed handles, each drawer features silent positioning function, supporting a weight of over 35kg. Made of 18mm thick E1 grade particleboard with melamine board on the outside; both sides use three-section guide tracks for easy expansion and retraction, making it convenient to store or retrieve items.
6. Cabinet Door Panel: Constructed with 18mm thick E1 grade particleboard, externally lined with fire-resistant board.
7. Hinges: DTC brand, opening and closing arc ≥110°, aesthetically pleasing, silent during operation, over 80,000 cycles, corrosion and rust-resistant, meeting international hardware industry standards.
8. Guides: Equipped with DTC brand limit multi-section guides, carrying capacity ≥ 25kg, destructive testing exceeds 50,000 times. Meets international hardware industry standards.
9. Handle: PVC "I" shaped pull, burr-free, smooth texture, resistant to weak acids and alkalis.
Section 3: Reagent Racks
1. Lab Rack支柱: Constructed from 100×40mm steel pipes with a wall thickness of 1.2mm, precision machined on CNC equipment. Cables can be routed within the pillar structure, featuring adjustable holes for leveling, with shelves that can be adjusted up and down. The surface is coated with EPOXY RESIN powder electrostatic spray paint, offering acid and alkali resistance properties.
2. Reagent Rack Shelves: The shelves are made of 10mm thick tempered glass, each shelf can be freely adjusted vertically, equipped with reinforcement below, and features a stainless steel guard rail at the front edge.
3. Accessories: Electric, gas, and water cocks can be installed on the reagent shelf.
4. Outlets: Universal 220V outlets are installed on both sides of the column or along the wiring channel, all outlets meet the CCC standard.
Four, Laboratory Bench Water, Electricity, and Gas Accessories
1. Eye Wash Station: Taiwan brand. High-luminosity epoxy resin coating, corrosion and heat-resistant, UV radiation-proof. Spray Head: Soft rubber, gentle and bubbling water stream for eye safety. Metal Ring Clip: Locks water flow for easy use. Water Control Valve: Thick copper, high-density PP handle, automatically closes upon shutting.
2. Lab Dragon Head: Utilizes a laboratory-grade chemical dragon head, made of copper with a surface coating of acid-resistant paint for corrosion and rust resistance. Valves are precision ceramic cast, and the outlet is made of PVC material.
3. Sink: Made of high-density black pure PP material, one-piece molding with thickness over 5mm, featuring elasticity, resistance to acids and alkalis, heat resistance, and organic solvents.
4. PP Drip Rack: Frame and drip rod are made of PP material, with a drainage hole in the center of the base tray.
