Top: Made of laboratory-grade acid and alkali-resistant solid-core plate, equipped with a waterproof channel at the bottom of the countertop, and a sink is installed on top.75mm premium water board, robust and dense structure, resistant to strong impacts, withstands harsh acids and alkalis, and boasts excellent load-bearing capabilities.
Reagent Rack: Main frame constructed40mm x 100mm square steel tube, 1.5mm wall thickness, with surface treatment including acid pickling, phosphatizing, and electrostatic powder coating for corrosion resistance, fireproofing, and moisture-proofing. The shelves are made of 12mm thick single-sided frosted glass, with stainless steel tubes as guardrails, and adjustable shelf heights.
Steel Frame: UtilizedC-channel frames made from 40×60mm square steel tubes with a wall thickness of 1.5mm, connected with cold-rolled steel plate stamped components for a seamless, integrated structure, ensuring rational framework design, high stability, and load-bearing capacity; surface treated with acid pickling, phosphatizing, and electrostatic powder coating, offering corrosion resistance, fire retardancy, moisture-proof properties, excellent load-bearing performance, and a long service life.
The cabinet section: Utilizes18mm thick E1 particleboard with melamine faced panels on both sides; equipped with three-section sliding tracks for easy expansion and contraction, and convenient storage or retrieval of items.
General Accessories:
Water Faucet Head: Equipped with a three-joint water faucet head for laboratory use, featuring an integrated design to reduce water pressure and a grate. The valve core is made of internationally standard porcelain valve core, with the surface treated by epoxy resin powder coating.
Basin: Modified epoxy resin basin usedPP Sink, resistant to strong acids and alkalis, antibacterial, easy to clean, corrosion-resistant.
Conduit: Used for laboratory electrical installations, made of aluminum alloy, with mold fabrication and electrostatic powder coating finish. It meets the requirements for comprehensive cabling of power lines, telephone lines, and network lines. It allows for the arrangement of various functional cables within the conduit, aiming for standardized and easy maintenance. Suitable for electrical systems of reagent racks and for wall-mounted power outlets, among other uses.
