One. Countertop: Utilizing20mm thick marble, edges trimmed to 40mm thickness; heat and wear-resistant; can accommodate drying ovens, incubators, and various electric heating equipment on hot plates.
Section 2: High-Temperature Bench Main Cabinet
1. Frame: The main frame is constructed from 60*40*1.5mm rectangular steel tubes, welded into C-shaped steel supports. The connecting support beams are also made of 60*40*1.5mm rectangular steel tubes. The surface is treated for rust prevention with degreasing, acid washing, and phosphatizing, followed by electrostatic powder coating with an EPOXY protective layer for resistance to acids and alkalis and corrosion. The adhesion of the EPOXY coating has passed drop impact tests. The frame can bear a static load of over 300 kg. The frame structure is rational, versatile, and highly stable, allowing for various combinations according to customer requirements. The main steel frame can directly hang cabinets without damaging the laboratory walls or floor.
2. Cabinet Shelves and Door Panels: Made of 18mm thick E1 grade environmentally friendly medium density fiberboard, all edges are sealed with domestic 2.0mm thick PVC for waterproofing, rounded corners for smoothness, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and smooth surface.
3. Cabinet Body: Constructed with 18mm thick E1-rated environmentally friendly melamine board; all edges are sealed with domestic PVC for water resistance. The cabinet panels are designed with a removable three-in-one connection for easy assembly, ensuring a stable structure and good load-bearing capacity.
Section 3: High-Temperature Bench Accessories
Hinges: Equipped with domestically produced full-open 90-175 degree high-quality chrome-plated steel hinges. When the cabinet door is less than 15 degrees from the cabinet surface, the door can close automatically. They offer good flexibility, are aesthetically pleasing, operate silently, and can be opened and closed over 50,000 times.
2. Rails: Equipped with domestic three-section silent tracks, coated with black EPOXY static powder for corrosion resistance, flexibility, and strong bearing capacity. The drawers can be fully pulled out, making it convenient for storing and retrieving items.
3. Handles: Featuring one-letter mold PVC concealed handles, seamlessly integrated with the panel, making the laboratory appear more user-friendly and resistant to corrosion on the surface.
4. Adjustable Base: Professional mold assembly structure; adjustable screws are M12*50mm stainless steel, outer cover is injection-molded in one piece, with an embedded rubber pad for load-bearing, moisture-proof, anti-slip, shock-absorbing, antibacterial, and corrosion-resistant; the cabinet height can be adjusted appropriately according to the indoor floor level; aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly design.
