Product Description:
1. Case Material: The case structure is made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, with all surfaces treated by EPOXY RESIN powder electrostatic spraying, offering resistance to acids and alkalis, chemicals, moisture, high temperatures, and abrasion. The internal partitions are supported by four steel layer plates, allowing for adjustable height; the 13mm partition can move up and down, with a load-bearing capacity of 30kg.
2. Coating Thickness: All laboratory bench steel surfaces are electrostatically powder coated with epoxy resin, applied evenly with a thickness of not less than 50μM (±5%), boasting strong corrosion resistance.
3. Cabinet Door Panels: Equipped with a one-piece transparent glass door design, the steel used is 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, molded into shape. All steel surfaces are treated with EPOXY RESIN powder electrostatic spraying, offering resistance to acids and alkalis, chemicals, moisture, high temperatures, and abrasion. Optional one-piece transparent cabinet designs are also available, ensuring the style options fully meet usage requirements.
4. Shelf Material: Made of 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, molded into shape, and coated with EPOXY RESIN powder electrostatic spray for acid and alkali resistance and high-temperature tolerance. The shelves have holes of 30mm, 50mm, and 70mm in diameter, suitable for holding various containers.
5. Pallet: Steel pallet with electrostatic powder coating treated with EPOXY RESIN.
6. Foot: Equipped with high-strength ABS adjustable feet, featuring stainless steel screws, nylon covers, and rubber base assembly, offering corrosion resistance, shock absorption, and balance adjustment functions; adjustable height from 0 to 30mm.
7. Hinges: DTC brand, opening and closing arc ≥110°, aesthetically pleasing, noiseless during operation, durability exceeds 80,000 times, strong anti-rust and corrosion resistance, meeting international hardware industry standards.
8. Handle: PVC concealed pull handle, burr-free, smooth to the touch, resistant to mild acids and alkalis.
