Product Description:
Structure: Main body1.0mm thick SUS304 stainless steel cabinet; precision cutting with imported CNC laser cutting machines, single-forming with fully automatic CNC bending machines, meticulously welded, polished, and buffed; surface with brushed finish; boasts high resistance to acids and alkalis, and corrosion.
Common Stainless Steel Properties:
A. 201 Stainless Steel: Offers certain acid and alkali resistance, high density, polished without bubbles or pinholes, mainly used for producing shallow drawn products.
B. 304 Stainless Steel: Features excellent corrosion and heat resistance, high toughness, with no hardening after heat treatment (operating temperature -196℃ to 800℃); for heavy pollution areas, timely cleaning is required to prevent corrosion. Suitable for processing, storage, and transportation of food-grade sanitation equipment.
C. 316 Stainless Steel: Contains Mo, high resistance to high temperature and corrosion, more expensive than 304, usually used in high-demand applications to replace 304; suitable for use in chemical, seawater, and other environments.
CommonDifference between 201 and 304 stainless steel:
1. The actual composition varies: 201 stainless steel contains more manganese (and is more prone to rust), while 304 stainless steel has higher chromium and nickel content (and does not rust).
2. Corrosion resistance varies; 201 stainless steel is less expensive but has poorer corrosion resistance; 304 stainless steel is more expensive but offers significantly better corrosion resistance than 201 stainless steel.
3. 201 stainless steel is a high-manganese stainless steel, with greater hardness and strength than 304 stainless steel, and features high carbon and low nickel content.
