Product Description:

Explosion-proof hazardous chemical storage cabinets are designed for the standardized and safe storage of flammable, combustible, and slightly corrosive hazardous chemicals.

1. All double-layer steel construction with an insulating thermal insulation layer. An effective 38mm insulating layer between the two steel plates protects the cabinet's exterior from fire, ensuring the interior remains unaffected.

2. The cabinets are made entirely from 1.0mm cold-rolled steel sheets, ensuring robustness and no deformation. Double steel plates are joined by spot welding, not rivets, which extends the service life and improves fire resistance.

3. Three-point联动 door locks and zinc alloy latches, easily opening and closing the cabinet door 180 degrees with double keys.

4. Additional liquid crystal locksets should meet the requirements of GA/T73 and adhere to the safety management principle of dual locks by two individuals as specified in the dual principles.

A 5.125px-high leak-proof channel prevents accidental liquid spills from overflowing, avoiding leaks outside the cabinet that could cause accidents.

6. Clearly visible, professional warning labels are in place, constantly reminding nearby personnel to be cautious and avoid accidents.

7. The cabinet features ventilation holes to ensure timely expulsion of volatile gases, preventing excessive concentration inside the cabinet that could lead to fires or other accidents, and to ensure natural gas circulation.

8. Galvanized load-bearing corrosion-resistant sheet can be freely adjusted up and down at every 275px level.

9. Cabinets are coated with epoxy resin both inside and out, offering corrosion resistance while ensuring no rusting during use.

10. Strictly adheres to OSHA regulations, featuring a static grounding conduction interface on the cabinet for easy connection of grounding wires, to prevent hazards caused by static electricity.

11. The cabinet structure design features a pressure-relief function to prevent cabinet ejection and injury to surrounding personnel in case of an accident.

12. Three-point bullet head self-locking system (static-proof), equipped with static-proof device, fully grounded.

Each model comes in four colors: yellow, red, blue, and beige-white. The distinction is as follows, in accordance with industry practices and the new "Technical Requirements and Management Norms for the Storage Safety of Hazardous Chemicals" standard:

Yellow: Store hazardous chemicals with flammable and explosive properties.

Red: Flammable hazardous chemicals.

Blue: Store hazardous materials with mild corrosive chemical properties.Corrosives are stored in acid alkali cabinets.
