
The Xiangtian Glass Straight双边Edge Grinding Machine is a CNC-type flat glass deep processing equipment. This series integrates rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing into one, capable of processing both straight edges and upper and lower edges of flat glass in a single operation. It can also be customized with a descaling device or a safety chamfering device according to customer requirements. The machine employs an air-assisted polishing system for stable polishing performance. The glass grinding width is adjusted by a ball screw and monitored by an encoder for width adjustment. It features a PLC control system, allowing various processing parameters to be set on the human-machine interface, saving time and effort with high automation.
The Xiangtian Glass Straight Edge Beveling Machine features a chainless bearing roller chain structure, with a grinding head that can be raised and lowered. It is designed for the bevel and bottom edges of flat glass or mirrors. It includes 2 DB362 bottom edge rounding wheels: one for coarse grinding and one for polishing. This series of machines has a wide processing range, capable of grinding small glasses as small as 25mm x 25mm (1'' x 1''), and can achieve a larger bevel processing width of up to 50mm (2''). The control system uses PLC control, allowing for automatic and manual switching, with a clear human-machine interface displaying glass thickness, bevel width and angle, remaining glass thickness, and processing speed, among other parameters. Inputting and modifying parameters are intuitive and convenient, with a high degree of automation. The conveyor speed utilizes variable frequency speed control. It can be used for mold adjustment on-site, and is equipped with an automatic back panel cleaning device.
