
The Xiangtian Glass Straight双边Edge Grinder is a CNC-type flat glass deep-processing machine. This series integrates rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing into one unit, capable of completing the grinding and polishing of two straight edges and the upper and lower edges of flat glass in a single processing. It can also be equipped with a film removal device or a safety chamfering device according to customer requirements. The series features an air-assisted polishing system for stable polishing performance. The glass grinding width is adjusted by ball screw and encoder for width adjustment. It adopts a PLC control system, allowing various processing parameters to be set on the human-machine interface, saving time and effort with high automation.
The Xiangtian Glass Straight-Edge Beveling Machine features a chainless bearing roller chain structure, with a grind head that can be raised and lowered. It is designed for the bevel and bottom edges of flat glass or mirrors, including 2 DB362 bottom edge rounding wheels—one for coarse grinding and one for polishing. This series offers a wide range of processing capabilities, capable of grinding small glasses as small as 25mm x 25mm (1'' x 1''), with larger bevel processing widths up to 50mm (2''). The control system employs PLC control, allowing for automatic and manual switching with a clear human-machine interface displaying glass thickness, bevel width and angle, remaining glass thickness, and processing speed, among other parameters. The input and modification of parameters are intuitive and convenient, with high automation. The conveying speed uses variable frequency speed control. It can be retooled on-site, and features an automatic back plate cleaning device.
