This series of machines has a wide processing range, capable of grinding small glasses as small as 25mm x 25mm (1'' x 1''), with larger bevel processing widths up to 50mm (2''). The control system uses PLC control, allowing for automatic and manual switching, with a clear human-machine interface displaying glass thickness, bevel width and angle, remaining glass thickness, and processing speed, among other parameters. Inputting and modifying parameters are intuitive and convenient, with a high degree of automation. The conveyor speed is variable. The machine can be used for mold modification, and it is equipped with an automatic back panel cleaning device.
