
The Xiangtian Glass Straight双边Edge Grinder is a CNC-type flat glass deep-processing machine. This series integrates rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing into one, capable of finishing the grinding and polishing of two straight edges and the upper and lower edges of flat glass in a single processing. It can also be equipped with a descaling device or a safety chamfering device according to customer requirements. The machine employs an air-assisted polishing system for stable polishing performance. The glass grinding width is adjusted by a ball screw and measured by an encoder. It utilizes a PLC control system, allowing various processing parameters to be set on the human-machine interface, saving time and effort with high automation.
The Xiangtian Glass Straight Edge Beveling Machine features a chainless bearing roller chain structure, with a grinding head that can be raised and lowered. It is designed for the bevel and bottom edges of flat glass or mirrors, including 2 DB362 bottom edge rounding wheels—one for coarse grinding and one for polishing. This series of machines has a wide processing range, capable of grinding small glasses as small as 25mm x 25mm (1'' x 1''), with larger bevel processing widths up to 50mm (2''). The control system uses PLC control, allowing for automatic and manual switching, with a clear human-machine interface displaying glass thickness, bevel width and angle, remaining glass thickness, and processing speed, among other parameters. Inputting and modifying parameters are intuitive and convenient, with a high degree of automation. The conveyor speed is variable. The machine can be used for mold modification, and it is equipped with an automatic back panel cleaning device.
