
The Xiangtian Glass Straight双边Edge Grinder is a CNC-type flat glass deep processing machine. This series integrates rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing into one, capable of finishing the grinding and polishing of two straight edges and the upper and lower edges of flat glass in a single processing. It can also be customized with a descaling device or a safety chamfering device according to customer requirements. The machine features an air-assisted polishing system for stable polishing performance. The glass grinding width is adjusted by a ball screw and monitored by an encoder for precise width adjustment. It employs a PLC control system, allowing various processing parameters to be set on the human-machine interface, saving time and effort with high automation.
The Xiangtian Glass Straight Slant Edge Grinding Machine employs a chainless bearing roller chain plate structure, featuring a raiseable grinding head, and is used for the slanted and bottom edges of flat glass or lenses. It includes two DB362 bottom edge round wheels, one for rough grinding and the other for polishing. This series offers a wide range of processing capabilities, capable of grinding small glasses as small as 25mm x 25mm (1'' x 1'') and larger slant edge widths up to 50mm (2''). The control system utilizes PLC for automatic and manual switching, with a clear human-machine interface displaying parameters such as glass thickness, slant edge width and angle, remaining glass thickness, and processing speed. Inputting and modifying parameters are intuitive and convenient, with high levels of automation. The conveyor speed employs variable frequency speed regulation. It can perform mold adjustment on the machine itself and is equipped with an automatic back plate cleaning device.
The祥天Glass Straight-Edge Edging Machine features a chain-free bearing roller chain plate structure for smooth transmission. It is suitable for the grinding and polishing of the bottom and edge of various flat glass panels. The edge polishing uses woolen wheels for a high shine finish. The control system employs PLC control, allowing for automatic and manual switching. The human-machine interface clearly displays various parameters such as glass thickness, processing speed, and machine edge angle. Parameter input and modification are intuitive and convenient, with high automation. The conveying speed uses variable-frequency speed control, and the main drive motor is a variable-frequency motor.
