
The Xiangtian Glass Straight双边Edge Grinder is a CNC-type flat glass deep-processing machine. This series integrates rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing into one, allowing for the simultaneous grinding and polishing of both straight edges and upper and lower edges of flat glass in a single processing cycle. It can also be customized with a descaling device or a safety chamfering device according to customer requirements. The machine features an air-assisted polishing system for stable polishing performance. The glass grinding width is adjusted by a ball screw and monitored by an encoder for precise width adjustment. Equipped with a PLC control system, various processing parameters can be set on the human-machine interface, saving time and effort with high automation.
The Xiangtian glass straight edge bevel machine utilizes a chainless bearing roller chain plate structure, featuring a liftable grinding head. It is designed for processing the bevel and bottom edges of flat glass or mirrors, including two DB362 bottom edge rounding wheels—one for coarse grinding and one for polishing. This series offers a wide processing range, capable of grinding small glasses as small as 25mm x 25mm (1" x 1") and larger bevel widths up to 50mm (2"). The control system employs PLC control, allowing for automatic and manual switching with a clear human-machine interface displaying parameters such as glass thickness, bevel width and angle, remaining glass thickness, and processing speed. Input and modification of parameters are intuitive and convenient, with a high level of automation. The conveying speed uses variable frequency control. It can be modified on-site, and features an automatic back panel cleaning device.
The Xiangtian Glass Straight Edge Edging Machine features a chainless bearing roller chain structure for smooth transmission. It is suitable for grinding and polishing the bottom and edge of various flat glass panels. The edge polishing uses a wool wheel for high brightness. The control system employs PLC control with automatic and manual switching capabilities. The human-machine interface clearly displays parameters such as glass thickness, processing speed, and machine edge angle. Input and modification of parameters are intuitive and convenient, with high automation. The conveying speed uses variable frequency speed control, and the main drive motor is a variable frequency motor. It can be used to grind the back panel on-site and is equipped with an automatic back panel cleaning device.
