
The Xiangtian Glass Linear Double Edge Grinder is a CNC-type flat glass deep processing machine. This series integrates rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing into one, allowing for the simultaneous grinding and polishing of both straight edges and the upper and lower edges of flat glass in a single operation. Optional de-film or safety chamfering devices can be added according to customer requirements. The machines feature an air-assisted polishing system for stable polishing performance. The glass grinding width is adjusted by ball screw and encoder for precise width setting. Equipped with a PLC control system, various processing parameters can be set on the man-machine interface, saving time and effort with high automation.
The Xiangtian Glass Straight Edge Beveling Machine features a chainless bearing roller chain structure, with a removable grinding head. It is designed for the bevel and bottom edges of flat glass or mirrors, including 2 DB362 bottom edge rounding wheels—one for coarse grinding and the other for polishing. This series offers a wide range of processing capabilities, capable of grinding small glasses measuring 25mm x 25mm (1'' x 1'') and larger bevels up to 50mm (2''). The control system employs PLC for automatic and manual switching, with a clear human-machine interface displaying glass thickness, bevel width and angle, remaining glass thickness, and processing speed. Parameter input and modification are intuitive and convenient, with high automation. The conveyor speed is variable. The machine allows for mold adjustment and features an automatic back plate cleaning device.
