It can also be customized with a descaling unit or a safety chamfering unit according to customer requirements. The machine features an air-assisted polishing system for stable polishing performance. The glass grinding width is adjusted by a ball screw and monitored by an encoder for precise width adjustment. The Xiangtian Glass Straight Slant Edge Grinder features a chainless bearing roller chain structure, with a grind head that can be raised or lowered. It is a machine used for the slanted and bottom edges of flat glass or mirrors. It includes 2 DB362 bottom edge rounding wheels—one for coarse grinding and the other for polishing. This series offers a wide range of processing capabilities, capable of grinding small glasses measuring 25mm×25mm (1''×1'') and larger slanted edge widths up to 50mm (2''). The control system employs PLC control, allowing for automatic and manual switching with a clear human-machine interface that displays parameters such as glass thickness, slant edge width and angle, remaining glass thickness, and processing speed. The input and modification of parameters are intuitive and convenient, with high levels of automation. The conveyor speed is adjustable via a variable frequency drive. The machine can be used for mold modification, and it is equipped with an automatic back plate cleaning device.
