
The Xiangtian Glass Straight双边Edge Grinder is a CNC-type flat glass deep-processing machine. This series integrates rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing into one unit, capable of completing the grinding and polishing of two straight edges and the upper and lower edges of flat glass in a single processing. It can also be customized with a descaling device or a safety chamfering device according to customer requirements. The machine features an air-assisted polishing system for stable polishing performance. The glass grinding width is adjusted by a ball screw and monitored by an encoder. It employs a PLC control system, allowing various processing parameters to be set on the human-machine interface, saving time and effort with high automation.
The Xiangtian Glass Straight-Edge Bevel Grinder utilizes a chainless bearing roller chain structure, featuring a liftable grinding head. It is a machine designed for the bevel and bottom edges of flat glass or mirrors, including two DB362 bottom edge round wheels—one for rough grinding and one for polishing. This series of machines has a wide processing range, capable of grinding small glasses measuring 25mm x 25mm (1'' x 1'') and can handle larger bevel widths up to 50mm (2''). The control system employs PLC control, allowing for automatic and manual switching, with a clear human-machine interface displaying glass thickness, bevel width and angle, remaining glass thickness, and processing speed, among other parameters. Inputting and modifying parameters are intuitive and convenient, with a high degree of automation. The conveying speed is variable frequency controlled. The machine can be used for mold adjustment, and it is equipped with an automatic back plate cleaning device.
