Especially, high-performance imported asphalt used on highways is mostly in drummed form, which requires an asphalt unloading system that melts quickly, unloads cleanly, and prevents asphalt aging.

Our DLT series asphalt unloading equipment utilizes thermal oil as the heat carrier, supplied by a thermal oil boiler. It heats and unloads barrelled asphalt through heating coils within the unit, converting it into a liquid state. This equipment features an automatic spring door sealed box structure. The barrel loading method involves lifting the barrel into place with a crane, and a hydraulic pusher pushes it into the tank. It is heated by a thermal oil boiler.

The equipment is mainly composed of the de-canning box, lifting mechanism for the drums, drum turner, asphalt drum receiver, asphalt drip recovery system, hydraulic propulsion system, heat-conducting oil heating system, asphalt pumping system, and electrical control system.
