With the rapid development of highway construction and the increasing demand for asphalt, drummed asphalt has gained widespread use due to its ability for long-distance transportation and convenient storage. Particularly, high-performance imported asphalt used on highways is mostly in drummed form, necessitating an asphalt unloading device that melts quickly, unloads cleanly, and prevents asphalt aging.
Our company's DLT series asphalt de-bagging equipment uses thermal oil as the heat carrier, heated by a thermal oil boiler, and heats the barrel asphalt through the heating coils inside the equipment, de-bags it, and melts it into a liquid state. This unit ensures the quality of asphalt heating, featuring high thermal efficiency, fast asphalt de-bagging speed, easy and labor-saving operation, reduced labor intensity, continuous production capability, reduced asphalt waste and pollution, and more. The equipment is aesthetically pleasing, well-arranged, and compact, with stable and reliable performance, suitable for asphalt de-bagging production under various working conditions.
This equipment features an automatic spring door sealed box structure, using crane lifting for bucket loading and a hydraulic pusher to slide the bucket into place, with a thermal oil boiler as the heating source.
The equipment is mainly composed of the de-canning box, lifting mechanism for the drum, drum flipper, asphalt drum receiving plate, asphalt drip recovery system, hydraulic propulsion system, heat-conducting oil heating system, asphalt pumping system, and electrical control system.
