Tanks are equipped with local heaters, suitable for asphalt storage and heating in transportation and municipal systems. They use an organic heat transfer medium (thermic oil) and a coal, gas, or oil-fired furnace as the heat source. A thermal oil pump is used to force the circulation, heating the asphalt to the operating temperature.
Key Parameters and Technical Specifications
1. Asphalt storage capacity: 300 to 2,000 tons
2. Asphalt Storage and Transportation Capacity: 200 to 1,000 tons
3. Large production capacity:
4. Power Consumption: 30~120 kW
5. Heating time for 500m3 storage tank: ≤6 hours
6. 20m3 zero-point tank heating time: ≤1-5 hours (70-100℃)
7, 10m3 high-temperature tank heating time: ≤2 hours (100-160℃)
8. Local Heater Heating Time: ≤1.5 hours (first ignition ≤2.5 hours, bitumen starts to heat from 50°C, thermal oil temperature above 160°C)
9. Coal consumption per ton of asphalt: ≤30kg
10. Insulation Index: For thermal insulation tanks and high-temperature tanks, the 24-hour cooling amount should not exceed 10% of the difference between the actual temperature and the ambient temperature at that time.
The product's advantages
These products offer the advantage of large reserves, which can be designed to any required capacity. High production capacity allows for the design of heating systems to meet the required high-temperature oil output based on production needs.
