Our YDST series asphalt unloading units are self-heating integrated structures, combining the functions of a thermal oil boiler and asphalt unloading equipment. The unit utilizes diesel burners as a heat source, heating and unloading the barrel asphalt through hot air and thermal oil heating coils, converting it into a liquid state.
This unit ensures high-quality asphalt heating, offering higher thermal efficiency, smaller footprint, easier installation, convenient relocation and transportation, and lower transportation costs compared to the DLT series equipment. The equipment boasts an aesthetically pleasing design, is arranged in a reasonable and compact manner, and features stable and reliable performance, making it suitable for asphalt decanting production under various working conditions.
This equipment features an automatic spring door sealed cabinet structure. The drum loading method involves lifting the drum into place with a crane, then the hydraulic pusher pushes the drum into the cabinet. The on-board diesel burner serves as the heat source.
The equipment is mainly composed of parts such as the de-canning body, lifting mechanism for buckets, bucket turner, asphalt bucket receiver, asphalt drip recovery system, bucket turner, diesel burner, internal combustion chamber, hydraulic propulsion system, flue heating system, thermal oil heating system, asphalt pumping system, automatic temperature control system, liquid level automatic alarm system, and electrical control system. All components are mounted on the main body of the de-canning equipment (internally), forming an integrated structure.
