As road construction rapidly advances and the demand for asphalt increases, drummed asphalt has gained widespread use due to its ability for long-distance transportation and convenient storage. Particularly, high-performance imported asphalt used on highways is mostly in drummed form, necessitating an asphalt drum unloading system that melts quickly, unloads cleanly, and can prevent asphalt aging.
Our DLT series asphalt de-drumming equipment is heated by thermal oil, supplied by a thermal oil boiler, which heats the drummed asphalt through heating coils within the unit, melting it into a liquid state. This unit ensures high-quality asphalt heating, featuring high thermal efficiency, rapid asphalt de-drumming, ease of operation, reduced labor intensity, continuous production capability, minimized asphalt waste and pollution, and more. The equipment is aesthetically pleasing, well-arranged, and compact, with stable and reliable performance, suitable for asphalt de-drumming production under various operating conditions.
This equipment features an automatic spring door sealed box structure. The drum loading method involves overhead crane lifting of drums, with a hydraulic pusher pushing the drums into the box. It utilizes a heat-conducting oil boiler as the heating source.
The equipment is primarily composed of the de-canning box, lifting mechanism for empty drums, drum turnover device, asphalt drum receiving plate, asphalt drip recovery system, hydraulic propulsion system, heat transfer oil heating system, asphalt pumping system, and electrical control system.
