The equipment features an Italian-imported Bard brand light oil burner, which boasts stable performance, complete combustion, and high thermal efficiency. It also allows for automatic control of asphalt heating temperature (simply set the desired upper and lower limits for asphalt temperature; the burner will automatically shut off at the upper limit and start at the lower limit).

The internal heater in our drums is a patented technology, featuring local heating devices, high thermal efficiency, strong heating capacity, rapid asphalt temperature rise, and high output. The entire drum of asphalt can be heated from room temperature to 180° within no more than two hours.

Insulated tank, 24-hour temperature drop not exceeding 10% of the difference between ambient temperature and tank temperature.

Equipped with a high-power asphalt pump, capable of both unloading asphalt into storage tanks and supplying asphalt outward.

The square tank structure maximizes the effective volume.

The tank is equipped with a control room, where the burner, asphalt pump,卸油槽 (oil unloading pit), and electrical control cabinet are all located. It offers convenient rain and theft protection. The control room seamlessly integrates with the tank, presenting a clean and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
