The stainless steel reactor features rapid heating, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, environmental pollution-free, no need for boiler automatic temperature rise, and convenient operation. It is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, rubber, dye, food industries, for processes such as vulcanization, nitrification, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonation, polymerization, and condensation. It is based on the thorough mixing of the reactants, and for effective heat, cooling, liquid extraction, and gas absorption processes, a stirring device is required. We can also design and process jacketed reactors for customers.
The equipment is mainly composed of three major parts: the tank, jacket, and mixing system.

All contact parts with materials are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, compliant with GMP standards.
2. Accessories for stainless steel reaction kettles
◆The mixing style predominantly uses a trough mixer to ensure the even blending of materials in a short time; at the same time, frame, anchor, and paddle mixers can be selected as needed.
◆ Sealed with a sanitation-grade mechanical seal to ensure tank pressure and prevent material leakage within the tank, thereby avoiding unnecessary contamination.
◆The interface adopts an ISO standard quick-release clamp, convenient and hygienic.

3. Surface treatment of stainless steel reactors
The inner surface is mirror polished to ensure no卫生dead corners, and the fully enclosed design keeps materials in a sterile state at all times. The outer surface can be optionally sandblasted, frosted, or cold rolled in its original color matte finish.
Heating and Cooling: Heating methods available include steam, electric heating, and thermal oil, to meet the process requirements of different working environments such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
