The condensers in the evaporating equipment utilize cooling water to cool the secondary steam. They can be categorized into two types: indirect condensers and direct condensers. Indirect condensers are also known as surface condensers, which include tube bundle condensers, coil condensers, and plate condensers. Tube bundle condensers are increasingly adopted in both domestic and international evaporation equipment.
Cooling water, free from secondary steam contamination, can be recycled for reuse.
2. As the water in the condenser circulates in a closed loop, there is no sound of water impact, unlike the cooling water used in hydraulic nozzles, which is exposed and produces a sound of water impact.
3. Not restricted by space height; can be installed vertically or horizontally, unlike atmospheric condensers which are limited by height (installation height above 10.5 meters).
4. The cooling effect is also not inferior to that of direct condensers and is convenient for automatic control.
