The air door is available in five models: single-axis, double-axis, triple-axis, quadruple-axis, and quintuple-axis, with 66 specifications ranging from 300×400 to 2400×2000. The air door can be horizontally or vertically installed. Square air doors are all self-contained without drive installation, allowing for the selection of an electric or manual device as required.
Steel multi-leaf round dampers are categorized by nominal diameter, with specifications ranging from DN1000 to DN4000, totaling 18 types. These dampers are used in circular pipelines to either interrupt medium flow or adjust the flow rate of the medium.
Circular wind gates are categorized by nominal diameter, with 18 specifications ranging from DN100 to DN1400. The protruding part of the circular wind gate is for mounting a worm gear box. The circular wind gate is equipped with stop pins to ensure the full opening of the baffle.
The shutter damper ensures sufficient tightness when closed, with a leakage rate less than 2% when fully shut.
The air door features sufficient rigidity to prevent deformation and sticking during thermal expansion and contraction. There are sealing measures at the contact points between the baffle-style air doors and between the baffles and the door frame, avoiding the use of non-elastic hard contacts.
