1. Rigid waterproof sleeve, suitable for cast iron pipes, also applicable to non-metallic pipes; however, the relevant dimensions should be adjusted according to the wall thickness of the material used for the pipe.
2. After the wing ring and steel sleeve are processed, a coat of primer is applied to the outer surface (the primer includes camphor varnish or cold primer oil).
3. The material weights listed in the tube size table are for steel sleeves (with sleeve length L calculated at 200mm) and flanges. Both steel sleeves and flanges are made from A3 material and welded with T42 welding rods.
4. At the wall penetration for the casing, if the wall is not concrete, it should be replaced with a concrete wall. The concrete pouring range should be 200mm larger than the diameter of the flange (D4) of the Type II casing, and the casing must be cast solidly into the wall in one pour. The filling inside the casing should be compacted tightly.
5. The concrete wall thickness at the waterproof sleeve should not be less than 200mm; otherwise, the wall should be thickened on one or both sides. The diameter of the thickened section should be at least 200mm larger than the flange diameter (D4).
