1. Safety: The housing of the power supply slider cable is made of engineering plastic with high insulation properties. The protection level of the housing can reach IP13, IP55 as required, protecting against rain, snow, freezing, and contact from suspended objects. The product has withstood various environmental conditions. It has good insulation performance, posing no harm to maintenance personnel when touching the external part of the transmission conduit.
2. Reliable: The transmission guide rail has excellent electrical conductivity, fast heat dissipation, high current density, low impedance, and minimal line loss. The brushes are made of metal graphite material with high electrical conductivity and high wear resistance. The receiver moves flexibly with good directional performance, effectively controlling contact arc and arc formation.
3. Economy: The supply cable device has a simple structure, using high current density, low resistivity copper strips as the main conductor with low voltage loss. It can save about 6% of electricity, replacing steel and copper with plastic, featuring innovative design. It does not require additional insulation structures or compensation wires, and can be installed on the same side as the crane control room, saving installation materials and costs. The overall cost is roughly equivalent to that of steel conductive cables.
4. Convenience: The power supply busbar collection device integrates multi-level busbars into a single conduit, making assembly semi-convenient. Its fixed bracket, connecting clips, and suspension devices are all supplied as standard components, and installation, disassembly, adjustment, and maintenance are very convenient.
