I. Product Overview

This product is primarily used in cigarette production lines designed by Italy's CMOAS Company for China. It is a critical component provided by CMOAS. Ideal for powering mobile cranes and transmitting signals in CMOAS-designed equipment such as the DM-type material feeding system, MCA series storage feeders, SAM series blending cabinets, SAD series storage cabinets, and FIFQ series stacker cabinets. It is an indispensable accessory for crane manufacturers, can be interchanged with imported products, and can also serve as a spare part for equipment. It is widely applicable in mobile electrical distribution systems for railway crossings, ports, cargo yards, cigarette manufacturing, and various other mobile cranes.

II. Structural Features and Working Principle

This product is composed of three main parts: flat cables, a four-wheeled trolley for carrying cables, and guide rolls. The flat cables are made of non-flammable materials and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, as well as environments where they may come into contact with oil. They offer certain climate resistance and have advantages over round cables, such as a smaller bend radius and longer lifespan.

The track is formed by cold rolling steel plates, cold drawn in one pass to ensure precise cross-sectional dimensions. This method replaces the unsafe and heavy use of angle steel and other conductive methods, which are prone to dust accumulation indoors and icing outdoors, leading to short-circuiting of the lines. It boasts unique domestic features. The track, with units of 4~6 meters in length, is connected using couplers, allowing for expansion to any desired length.

The working principle of this product is illustrated in the engineering application diagram (1). The start of the flat cable (connected to the site junction box) is fixed at the beginning of the guide rail's fixture. Then, according to the allowable running space on site, it is fixed at appropriate intervals (1-2.5mm) successively on the four-wheeled trolley carrying the cable. The cable end (connected to the power supply) is fixed on the next trolley (tractor). By pulling the spring on the trolley, it moves back and forth, driven by the cable's drag (consider the original traction rope if the length exceeds 20m to avoid tension). This allows all trolleys to freely slide at any speed on the track. The guide rail is easy to install, requires no adjustment, and has the advantages of no contact point contact power supply, etc., making it safe and reliable.

Based on the actual driving distance recorded by the user, plus the distance for storing and transporting the four-wheeled trolley.

Actual operating length + storage trolley distance + necessary length to electrical appliances and junction boxes.

3. Number of four-wheeled trolleys

Generally, it is half the total track length, and the number of four-wheeled trolleys can be adjusted according to the allowable cable sag space.

4. Quantity of Coupling Connectors:

As per total track length, accessories are required for tracks over 4 meters.
