I. Product Overview
This product is primarily used in cigarette production lines designed by the Italian CMOAS company for China. It is a critical component provided by CMOAS. It is an ideal product for supplying power to mobile cranes and electrical equipment, as well as for signal transmission of electronic devices, in various tobacco production equipment designed by CMOAS, such as the DM-type material conveying device, MCA series storage feeders, SAM series blending cabinets, SAD series storage cabinets, and FIFQ series stack searching storage cabinets. It is an indispensable accessory product for all crane manufacturers, can be interchanged with imported products, and can also serve as a spare part for equipment. It is widely applicable in the power distribution systems of mobile cranes in railway crossings, ports, cargo yards, cigarette manufacturing, and other mobile crane operations.
II. Structural Features and Working Principle
The product consists of three main parts: flat cables, a four-wheeled trolley for carrying cables, and guide rolls. The flat cables are made of non-flammable materials and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, as well as environments with oil contamination. They offer certain climate resistance and have the advantages of a smaller bending radius and longer lifespan compared to round cables.
The track is made from cold-rolled steel plates, cold drawn into shape in one process to ensure precise cross-sectional dimensions. This method replaces the unsafe and heavy angle iron and other conductive methods, which are prone to dust accumulation indoors and icing outdoors, leading to short-circuits in the lines. It boasts unique domestic features, with track sections of 4 to 6 meters in length connected by couplers, allowing for expansion to any desired length.
The working principle of this product is illustrated in the engineering application diagram (1). The starting end of the flat cable (connected to the field junction box) is fixed to the starting end fixture of the guide roller. Then, based on the allowable operating space on-site, it is fixed at appropriate intervals (1-2.5mm) successively on the four-wheeled trolley carrying the cable. The cable end (connected to the power supply) is fixed on the next smaller cart (traction cart). By pulling the spring on the cart, the cart moves back and forth, driven by the cable's drag (consider using the original traction rope if the length exceeds 20m to prevent cable tension). This allows all carts to freely slide at any speed on the track. The guide rail installation is simple, requires no adjustment, and has the advantages of no contact point contact power supply, making it safe and reliable.

Track Length (m)
Based on the actual driving distance recorded by the user, plus the distance for storing and transporting the four-wheeled trolley.
2. Cable Length (m)
Actual operating length + storage trolley distance + necessary length to appliances and junction boxes.
3. Number of four-wheeled trolleys
Generally, it is half the total track length. The number of four-wheel trolleys can be adjusted according to the allowable cable sag space.
4. Quantity of Coupling Connectors:
Supplies are required for tracks exceeding 4 meters in total length.
V. Quantity of Other Accessories:
The quantity is counted by the user based on the number of moving conveyors. Generally, one set of components is required for each conveyor, which includes:
